Fraktpolicy
1. Shipping Costs
- Shipping cost within Sweden: 65 SEK per order, regardless of size or weight.
- Shipping cost within the EU: 90 SEK per order, regardless of size or weight.
- FREE shipping on orders over 1000 SEK.
2. Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: Delivery usually takes place within 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
- Non-delivery days: Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays; delays may occur during these periods.
3. Processing
- We ship packages 1–2 days after the order is placed.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your delivery on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Damage
- If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at unknownartclub@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
- To file a claim, please send us photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
6. Delayed Delivery
