These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through unknownartclub.com and govern the agreement between the customer and Unknown Art Club, which is currently operated as a hobby business in Sweden.
By completing a purchase on the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if, for example, a product is out of stock, pricing information is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or there is reason to suspect fraud or misuse.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by us, the amount paid for the affected order will be refunded.

However, colours may appear differently depending on factors such as screen settings and device. Minor variations may also occur between individual products.

5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and regions available at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer may receive delivery and tracking information by email.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For distance purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period normally begins on the day after the customer receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within the withdrawal period through our withdrawal function on the website or by contacting us at unknownartclub@gmail.com.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be returned within the period required by applicable law.
The customer may inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and functionality. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose, the customer may be responsible for any reduction in value in accordance with applicable law.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise required by law or stated on the website.
Once a valid return has been received and processed, the payment will be refunded in accordance with applicable rules. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Complaints and Defective Products

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, we will contact the customer regarding how the order should be handled. Any costs may only be charged to the extent permitted by applicable law and must correspond to costs actually incurred.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms specified for each individual offer.
Discount codes may be time-limited and generally cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
Statutory consumer rights are not affected by the fact that a product was purchased at a discounted price.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights relating to the design or artwork to the customer.
